Please inform us by telephone or e-mail in case you are checking in after 18:00.

At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation.

• For single occupancy of a double room the supplement is € 25.00 per night.

We accept payment by cash, debit card and VISA or MASTERCARD credit card. Please be informed that, pursuant to Italian law, cash payments are limited to € 4,999.99.

Your four-legged friends are welcome to stay at Hotel Magdalenahof. The fee is € 20.00 per night. We ask a supplement of Euro 30,00 for the final cleaning. Please take into account that pets are not allowed in the dining halls, spa area and green areas. Thank you for your understanding. 

Children under 1 year: € 10.00 per night

Children aged 1 to 4.99 years: 70% reduction

Children aged 5 to 9.99 years: 50% reduction

Children aged 10 to 14.99 years: 30% reduction

No reductions apply for non-consumed meals.

Rates do not include the tourist tax of € 3,70 per person (over 14 years) and night, to be paid locally.

NEW: From 01.01.2025 increase of the local tax to € 4.00 per person (from 14 years)

. The revenue from this local tax will be used for the expansion and maintenance of infrastructure (hiking trails, cycling routes, cross country ski trails, etc.) and services, as well as for the organization of cultural and sports events. On November 13, 2024, the regional government approved changes to the implementing regulation for the municipal residence tax (No. 4 of February 1, 2013.

The local tax is collected by accommodation facilities per guest and overnight stay and is forwarded to the municipality. The amount is contingent upon the category of the establishment and has been set at a maximum of 5,00€. Children and adolescents under 14 years of age are exempt from levy. The local tax is not subject to value-added tax, becomes due upon departure, and is listed separately on the invoice.

Our cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation up to 60 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation from 60 to 30 days before arrival: 100,00 € handling fee
- Cancellation 30 to 3 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee on the total amount of your stay
- Cancellation from 2 days before arrival, late arrival or early departure: 100 % of the total amount of your stay
- In case of no-show: 100 % of the total amount of your stay

It is hard enough not to be able to start a booked trip against all expectations. In order to avoid any financial damage in this context, you should take precautions in time.
